Refund policy

At SPECIES, we offer a simple and fair return experience.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

  • Product must be unused and unworn

  • Tags must be intact

  • Original packaging required

3. Reverse Pickup

  • We arrange free reverse pickup

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • COD refunds are processed via UPI

Refunds are initiated only after:

  • Product is received

  • Quality check is approved

For COD orders, refunds are processed after funds are received from the logistics partner.

5. Damaged / Incorrect Product

  • Report within 48 hours

  • Share photos/videos

  • Unboxing video recommended

We offer:

  • Refund (preferred)

  • Replacement (on request)

6. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Used products

  • Missing tags

  • Damaged due to misuse

7. Refund Timeline

Typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
